why not leave that a slot-port and have ALL the air come out instead of just that tube? I see where your going with it, i know exactly what your doing, but to me in this case i would rather have all the energy guided out instead of it hitting that "wall" and going into that tube. A flared tube would be better if you insist on doing that though.

flared ....i dont know why i didnt think of that. i was thinking of glassing the inside for smoother flow to.

i think 2marrow i will start building and testing out the design. a 12" treo i have needs a home.

the program i used was sketchup pro 5 full version. i downloaded it for free on one of the torrent sites

something i have been thinking about. kinda lika ttb hell boy but more effecent. just wondering what you guys thought.

You have to eliminate that tube and the picture on the top right...that board should be smaller your taking too much from the enclosure. (Make it More equal to the other 45),

lol thats where i got mines too.

You have to eliminate that tube and the picture on the top right...that board should be smaller your taking too much from the enclosure. (Make it More equal to the other 45),

sure that board is taking up space but ive seen some spl builds where that wall was used similar to that. thats something i might try for spl but for daily, i doubt there will be an audible difference.

i redesigned a bit and came up with this. i like the slot port better. thanks for your idea. i think if i get some spare time im going to try it out.
