Try grounding the barrel of the rca's.

What brand deck?

I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. You might of just had a bad 1501BD.

I have an older BD1000 that just hums. To get it to play music I have to ground out the outside part of the RCA to the heat sink.
I'm going to send it off and get it fixed because they aren't supposed to act like that. At least the other 2 I have had didn't. LOL

When you look at the RCA jack. there is a center pin and a round metal circle.
The round metal circle is the ground of the RCA.
You need to ground that out.

just install it and see what happens. run a ground, remote and power on one side of the car and the rcas on the other side, reground the deck to the amps ground with that wire you ran (something like 18-16g speaker wire is perfect just make sure not to hook it up backwards)

you should be fine if you do above precautions.... at least you'll eliminate almost everything except the amps

theres no such thing as too expensive when it comes to upgrades like that, because imo if you are gonna spend to upgrade then do it correctly rather then be a cheap ass ricer
