New wall build for Dora 2 18 AQ

This is my 95 ford explorer it was made for spl I am running midwestspl this year in basic 3 class. my box is tuned to 52hz and a steady 1800 watts of clamped power. hopeing by this next event I will hit a 148 or 149

2 kicker L7 12" duel 4 ohm

2 kicker 06zx1000.1

eclipse cd5000 8volt

kicker KQ5 EQ<----love that thing!

2 kicker impulse amps for mids and highs

all kicker 2 way 6x8's

0GA wire all around

HO ALT 220 amps

box is a fart box but does ok with music tuned to 52hz spayed with bedliner 2.25 cu per sub yes it's chambered off from each other

not bad nice setup im sure it slams pretty good in your eplorer. I dont think a 148 is unrealistic exploder can get pretty loud pretty easily keep up the good work. Welcome to the forum

Ya I already got it to 147.2 but my old clarion deck could hardly put out 1 pre out volt so I now upgraded to this ECLIPSE CD5000 with 8volts I know for sure I gained 1 db more so who knows whats in store for me as I tune this up and cut out some clipping!

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
