Sanitarium Posted December 1, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 1, 2009 coppers?little overkill on bracing... use less and let the subs have more volume/more port waits for moar pics The bracing being only 1/2" thick and averaging 1" width, won't really take up much room at all . 10ths of a cube overall. the front "chamber" will have to be made of 1/2" birch due to the size of the speakers and the limitations of my bed height (19.5") I'll be bracing the front chamber with a second layer of the 1/2" birch everwhere speaker clearance isn't a problem, and fiberglassing it all together.
