santo
for a quick budget deadener it works dam good and is very easy to work with and sticks just as well as the top of the line deadener. Some times you have to use what ever you can. I felt the need to find out its true performance instead or reading post after post of negative and positive information about Peel & Seal. bassrace
Its works but not as good as the top sound deadeners. Its in my car b/c i was on a budget and buying a roll of it when i could. I wouldve used an actual deadener but diddnt have the $. TeamHT
You have done nothing to test its performance, so...yeah. Will it deaden? No, not in the correct definition to control, just adding mass. Back in the day it was stuffing horse blankets in every nook and cranny. But technology has improved and products have been designed to properly form its function. You decided to use Peel & Seal, and people are going to continue to do so. Even with all the information posted about it, nothing going to change as long as people are willing to sacrifice true performance to save a couple dollars. Because the truth or it is, for just not much more you can get actual equipment. Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

Autruche
I can see it now. You walked in for P&S, looked at the prices of wood, then looked at wood glue, looked at screws, then looked at resin. Then you went home and remembered why you went there in the first place. Need Test Tones/Sine Waves?
