Recommended Posts

Alright so i went to pick up some 18's today! They're TC 3HP motors with Digital Designs softparts. They have a lime green painted cone and they just look sick. These monsters are going in a 11-12 cubic foot box after all displacements. Tuned to around 35 hz with 150-170 square inches of port.

Equipment:

2x Custom TC Sounds Woofers (going to be reverse mounted)

Crescendo BC3500d

Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD

Knukonceptz Knuflex 0 Gauge

Optima Yellow Top and Stock Battery

165 Amp Alternator

RAAmat BXT II Sound Deadener

&lots and lots of door speakers from partsexpress

Let me know what you guys think. On to the pictures :yahoo:

Now here's the car they're being put in. I like Honda's if they don't have a body kit and a huge wing. All you have to do is get some nice rims and a good paint job!

Thanks! & yeah I've had a lot of people say that. I might just have to get some coilovers or lowering springs sometime.

I wanna see those 18 in your car.more pics of doors please..

I still need to make a box which is going to happen within the next week. & alright I'll get some more on here tonight

Not for hondas, but holy balls on the system, lookin good.

Haha thanks man. Picked the woofers up for $325 a piece. I just wanna do some hair tricks thats all :pardon:

Looks like mids are inverted?

Yeah theyre midbass woofers and they still sound nice inverted. I'm still not done with the doors but I'll still get some pictures up later. The TC's are going to be reverse mounted also!

cool build man...but Id agree, you would DEFINITELY want to get some upgraded suspension for it. stock prelude height is around 5.5" as it is (yours looks a little higher than that). with that kind of weight going in it though, your looking at scraping ground.
