He will surely pay for this the rest of his life, as he should. But let's not convict anyone just yet. That is how these kinds of trials turn into a circus that ends up screwing the whole case up. Basically it comes down to a 45 year old guy that should know better and handled himself better in a situation like this compared to a 17 year old that might of not known when to shut his mouth. Still doesnt excuse committing murder. Also if he was drunk that in itself is a felony. I uave a feeling this guy is gonna go down hard no kidding. tbh who knows whats gonna happen the victim could of threatened he was gonna shoot/stab the guy and the shooter took it serious but heres the kicker. he would have been standing his groudn because the guy confronted him. see how that works. im gonna throw this up on my gun forum and see what people say. Im willing to bet that most are against the shooter. Thing is its people like this that do shit like this that make it difficult for those of us who own guns. I carry all the time if im legally able to. I am actually far less inclined to engage in anything that could cause an issue if im carrying. I tend to mind my own business more and avoid situations that could lead to an altercation. its about being a responsible gun owner. As one I hope this guy fries. Im also thinking hes not a legal carrying individual. If so thats one of the things that hits the news becuase the mainstream media is very anti gun. I am with you there I carry everywhere I can that allows.. I dont try to look for trouble whether I carry or dont its just asking for shit to hit the fan anymore... Not to mention my weapon never comes out unless its absolutely needed to save my ass because I know that when it comes out it is getting used unless the reason I pulled it in the first place changes. (Meaning the person or situation diffuses prior to having to pull the trigger).
