BoomZoom808
Now the power side is good the new subs finally came in, decided to go with AB The dust caps are much nicer and stronger than I thought Direct leads and nice motor with plenty of cooling Comparing the XFL to the PPI PRO. The PPI has a lot of extra stupid shit to try to bling it up IMO I used a terminal cup that has bolt through binding posts and crimped SHCA OFC 12 to connect to the direct leads Just when you think you are ready to throw that bitch in a let it slaaap one of the holes is too small. FML.... time to bust out the jig saw and the drill and the vacuum Nice mess and junk in the trunk Nothing feels better than getting to this moment lol Ready to bang but I still need to work on the box but I couldn't wait and had to throw them in 2010 Mazda 3s 2.5L Pioneer DEH-X9600BHS Knu OFC 1/0 SS Platinum AGM / XS Power XP750 Alpine PDX F-4 / Morel Maximo 5 + Coax 5 IA 10.1 / SSA XCON
bsneon98
Good choice of subs. I cant wait to switch to XFLS, not gonna happen until my XDS go up in smoke It was between these or soundqubed but figured I would give these a try because they call for less airspace. I did free air them a little bit while I was prepping the box but I am hoping they get louder and lower as they break in but they are already louder than the PPI's on the lows 2010 Mazda 3s 2.5L Pioneer DEH-X9600BHS Knu OFC 1/0 SS Platinum AGM / XS Power XP750 Alpine PDX F-4 / Morel Maximo 5 + Coax 5 IA 10.1 / SSA XCON

They will for sure after some break in. AB woofers love lows from my experience Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/152954-1998-plymouth-neon-updates/

My box now might be tuned a little bit too high but it still sounds great my american bass's still surprise me sometimes. I dont want to compromise the tonality of my box right now it has such a nice bandwidth. HIgh notes will get in your throat and the low lows will fuck with your eardrums lol Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/152954-1998-plymouth-neon-updates/
BoomZoom808
I haven't been very active lately and have had a lot going on. This car has been sold and I am closing the chapter on this build. Got something new I have been working on. Here is a little preview. Hopefully make a new build log once I make more progress. 2010 Mazda 3s 2.5L Pioneer DEH-X9600BHS Knu OFC 1/0 SS Platinum AGM / XS Power XP750 Alpine PDX F-4 / Morel Maximo 5 + Coax 5 IA 10.1 / SSA XCON

BoomZoom808
Good song I'll be waiting for the new log Thanks, I think that song shows off the SQ pretty good. This is just stock speakers off head unit power for the front sound stage. I still have a lot of work to do. 2010 Mazda 3s 2.5L Pioneer DEH-X9600BHS Knu OFC 1/0 SS Platinum AGM / XS Power XP750 Alpine PDX F-4 / Morel Maximo 5 + Coax 5 IA 10.1 / SSA XCON
