Tuxer
I keep going back and forth between two amps for a single SD-2 10. Which would you recommend? Will 800w be fine as a daily driver with the bass turned down a notch or two, or will I be plenty happy at 500w? I don't have space for two subs so I'm looking to get as much bang out of a single 10" as I can without blowing the sub. Peoples' reviews seem to often say throw more at these SD-2 series with no problem. Pioneer GM-D9601 (800w x 1 @ 2ohms) Link or Rockford Fosgate R500X1D Prime (500w x 1 @ 2ohms) Link If it helps, this will be going into my Toyota Tundra, down firing in a sealed box @ .5 cuft
