P4killer_
I listen to podcast everyday. Usually using the ESPN radio app. I get to listen to my favorite shows that im never home to watch including PTI, Around the Horn, SVP and Rosillo, Colin Cowherd, and The Dan LeBetard show. Usually about sports and major current events. I like the mix of it. Often times they all talk about the same topics, but for example: Colin is more serious and politcal often very sinical and interesting SVP is more hip and current which I also enjoy being a younger person LeBetard is pure calamity you never know wtf might happen ATH is like a panel game show. Many points of view very fun but still insightful PTI idk what it is but those guys are legit. Very credible, no b.s. their the shit. As far as a car audio podcast, You would need to have a list of topics and segments. Like oh tips and tricks, top 5 or ten lists, polls, brackets of say audio brands for ppl to vote on, industry news etc lots of listener interaction. Usually in a two man team to kind of create some back and fourth, chemistry, dif views etc. Having special guests on. Usually running once a week. Id be interested if it was interestinnng lol if that makes sense. I just dont wanna hear try our new subwoofer line all the time talking about how great it is.. compare it to something Its all about variety and perspective imo. Ahmed Johnson
I listen to sports podcasts. Preferably the ones meant to be entertaining and informative. I also don't mind if they talk about other things going on in the world. As long as the podcast is of a topic i'm interested, and entertaining I will give it a listen. The one I listen to daily is boers and bernstein. I sometimes listen to the other guys on the score. I also listen to the rose report. Have you ever listened to the score podcasts? I used to listen to espn, but the score is focused more on local sports. I do think pti is probably the best show on espn but I hate lebatard. P4killer_
See I'm not from chicago so idc about local sports. Further, imo their boring. Thry dont do anything fun it just feels like a couple old guys going on and about daaaaa bears. Not for me. Lebetard is cool because he gave his mlb hall of fame vote to deadspin who allowed the fans to vote for that actual ballet. Of course dan was subsequntly kicked out afyer it leaked, but he said its all bullshit anyway old ppl not letting certain ppl in etc etc not was it suppossed to be and he flew in the face of that. It takes balls. Plus his father is a riot says w.e the f.ck he wants and bomani jones just keeps it real. Which I like the most. Often times hes just like wtf is going on here you guys lost yo damn minds, if you think jumping off a bike mid air is cool you deserve to land on your face you idiot. They show and make fun of sooo many things I enjoy it very much Quote Setup: 2010 Hyundai Elantra Factory Unit via 4 chan NVX LOC Excessive Amperage "H/O" Alt Xs D3400/ Xs XP3000 Big 3. 2 Runs of +, 2 Runs of - DD M3b and 2 12" AQ HDC4s
philrab
I listen to podcasts while at work, gotta have something to break up the monotony of a 9 hours shift sitting at a computer. I used to enjoy Amplified, Soundman CA's podcast, before he shortened the episodes to practically nothing. If you're looking for input on a podcast, try to mix up the podcast here and there. A podcast showing nothing but product reviews is going to get old quick. Show installs, how-tos, interviews with guys that have been in the industry/hobby and are known, and I for one would happily subscribe.
