BassDragon Posted August 5, 2014 Report Share Posted August 5, 2014 So I used to have a shortcut for all of my Steam games on my dekstop, and to reduce clutter, I threw them all in the Recycle Bin. Now I can't play any Steam-based games (Pretty much any games that say "Preparing to launch [...]"). But games that use an exterior prompt like Rust, Planetside 2, etc. I can open. I've tried restoring from the Recycle Bin but that hasn't worked and neither has adding a shortcut to the desktop from the Steam library. I don't really know how this would happen but it has.
