Have some questions on components?

I'm starting on my "shopping" list for my next build and was planning on getting some nice components but not sure on how exactly they are wired up with the crossover.

Like the SQ HF-6.5" Components they are 4 ohm and rated at 100 watts per channel.

Is that 4 ohm and 100watts with the tweeter and speaker combined?

So would this be how I would have it set up:

1 Soundqubed Q2-200 @ 4 ohm 220w x2

And wire each channel to each crossover?

Or should I get the Soundqubed Q4-120?

120Wx4 @ 4 Ohm

170Wx4 @ 2 Ohm

340Wx2 @ 4 Ohm Mono

In other words get rid of the passive X-overs and use the active X-over built into the amp. Two channels will be hi-passed and used to power the tweets. The other two will be lo-passed and used to power the mid-woofers.
