SoundFreakk Posted September 12, 2014 Report Share Posted September 12, 2014 hey guys, So I decided to start working on a car.. finally the plan is to wall this thing of. this will be a slow build I just figured I would start a build log since I started working on certain things already. lists of gear I plan to use (still buying certain things): 4x populus audio 3500.1's1x populus audio 100.4 1x populus audio 50.5 1x singer 320A hairpin alt (I will possibly add a second one if the engine will take it) 5x XS D3100's (I will possibly add more along the way) 1x Rockford Fosgate 3sixty.3 8x Rockford Fosgate PPS4-64x Rockford Fosgate PP4-T 4x Crossfire XSv2 15" D1 Wiring and deadening will all be SHCA. Alright now let's get into some of the pics, I got all the speakers here and the alternator too. SoundFreakk Posted September 12, 2014 Author Report Share Posted September 12, 2014 And let's see some work on those doors now. first a lil pic of all the boxes I started with making the speaker rings, it's a pretty long process for some rings but it's worth it. first I cut the shape roughly with a jigsaw then I put it against the trim bit after that I made a template I could use to cut out the actual top part of the rings then I did the same for the tweets this is the end result then I made a template so I could cut some alu trim rings I laid out the speakers on the door and figured out how I wanted them then I started cutting the door panel Ascendant Audio/Rockford Fosgate Car Audio in House Build Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
