Or putting the radiators on the sealed side, which would sort of turn it into a 6th order. Edit: I actually don't know if anyone has attempted doing either of those actually. I've seen some nutty enclosures designs..... What you're asking isn't really a direct question. 4th order has in a slot box, or do you mean 4th bp? There is pros and cons to EVERY box design. There is NO best design. So, let's start with that. Whats is your goal with this box? Why wouldn't a traditional slot port box meet yours goals? There are programs to design to have minimal port noise.
