audiofanaticz
^^^^ Sonos, not sonus as the car audio install shop. and its only $600-700 lol I dont think they would need something that expensive, but could be wrong. Budget is going to play a huge factor regardless, because you can get some cheap ones from walmart for about $150 or easily be over $1500!!! Best thing I would recommend to you is figure out what they need and dont need, how does it connect to the tv, does it need bluetooth, how about a remote for the soundbar, how many channels do you need, do you want a 2.1 through a 5.1 setup with a subwoofer, what kind of tv maybe you want to have matching manufactures, how much do you want to spend, how big is the tv, you dont want a sound bar 2 feet wider than the tv well maybe you do, but ascetically it may not look the best. Use something like Newegg to narrow some options down a bit --->> http://www.newegg.com/Sound-Bars/SubCategory/ID-3256 or the advanced search --->> http://www.newegg.com/Product/PowerSearch.aspx?SubCategory=3256&N=100022265&IsNodeId=1 Once you get your results narrowed down a bit more than goto some local box stores that sell the said brands/models and give them a listen to see which you thing sounds good and you like. Then its up to you to do some price shopping on your desired unit.
