I'm not the kind of person that can do that. Driving this thing around like it is now would drive me absolutely insane. Either the problems go or the car goes.

Definitely going to try to finish out the system, in fact I'm thinking I'll order my 3800 tomorrow.

We'll see what this intake does for me. If it makes things better I'll try to stick it out. Otherwise...there's some nice trucks around.

So....anyone here care to say what this looks like to them? Because I have a good idea what my problem is...and if I'm right I am going to be pissed.

I see a few concerns, what are you referring to?

Primarily the oil sitting on the top of the block...and the streaks coming down from the head gasket.

Head gasket looks done, likely in more than one spot (looking at the lleft side of the pic). Might as well do them now while the car is apart.
