i don't really know what to do ive been told to go with an active pr audio setup, i don't care about my door panels but i want the window controls and power locks to remain the same and appear stock im not trying to completely redo my doors and also my buddy told me to just add another set of focals in each door but i don't really know that i want sq drivers in my doors or that i want to drop another 600 on some focals

what should i do

finish that audio school lol after going to my first week of classes i was shaking my head at most of my previous ideas and plans lol

on topic tho, can't give feedback as never had focals before, but adding speakers to a door isn't too bad, and keeping window switches shouldn't be a worry, just don't put a speaker there haha

Lots of things you can do..just depends how much work you want to put in..are you good working with fiberglass and bondo..you can run active with your focals..I would add another set just me though..

I was in same boat as you ..I didn't want PA style speakers ..I ended up running two DD Germans 6.5 per door hybrid 4" in pillar with DD German tweeter

honestly i do love my focals but they just don't put out in my opinion ill post a short vid of what im working with now and see if you agree or disagree i just don't wanna drop more money into it if in the end if its just gonna sound the same, just louder

honestly i probably need to invest in some processing
