does this battery work with car audio

My great is selling me 2 of these optimum rep top battery's for 50$ each and my plan is to put 1 under the hood and one in the back for my sun which is the orion hcca. I just wanna make sure you guys on here approve these battery's I'm for sure putting 1 under the hood thou. If I do put the one in the back as well do I need to fuse it anywhere or where can I see a wiring diagram thanks for your suggestions I also just blew my stock 80 amp alternator so I just purchased the premium 80 amp rebuilt model from auto zone that I'm gonna have now so pic is common ASAP or at least model number of batterys

That's the battery's 50$ each seems like a good dealuck also what terminals should I buy

I don't have the set up yet for the one for the back but they fully charged the optima red top and put it under the hood and my car wouldn't start even though the battery was at 12.8 volts and the alt was working so they put my old star dad battery in that's only rated at 550 cold cranking amaps and it started just fine. Should I get the battery tested then before I buy it. I'm pretty sad it's not gonna work to have 2 optima battery's
