magillaru
More supplies I picked up today.... Getting all the pieces glued slowly. Every edge is offset to fit together like a step joint. Getting there..... 4 layer baffle (3") with 1" port walls (not joined yet, just sitting upright to see how they fit together). Also planning on rounding the internal edges for the subs for better air flow. Was getting too cold so I moved inside.....luckily the wife was cool with me taking over the dining room Singer Alternators Team Asshole #anothershittysingerbuild
magillaru
More progress! Cutting the beauty panel (adding to the already 3" thick baffle) Cuts looking nice and clean! By far my favorite part so far was rounding these edges.....such an awesome tool! First wall up..... Front baffle and ports (propped up and not secured yet just to see what it looks like).....I'm happy with it! Going to get the rear baffle up tonight and then hopefully finish with the rest tomorrow including rounding out the rear sub holes and rear port walls.
