Started with rear coaxials so in case I screwed up it wouldn't be fatal...back coaxials went in fine Went to front got my tweeters mounted for components and woofer installed....ran my pos and neg to the input of crossover and the pos and neg outs to woofer and tweeter respectively.... Im getting no sound from my right front woofer or tweeter....didnt even start on left...... Was running off of hu until tomorrow when I ran 9 wire and wiring for amp along with new hu ...help please! 2loud4uboyz Posted November 23, 2014 Report Share Posted November 23, 2014 Can you post up pictures of what your doing? For the rear speaker to catch fire ? You have a short in a wire. Best thing I can tell you is take your time. Look on you tube on how to install speakers in the car your working on. But your doing the right thing by asking here. rockFord_Expedition Posted November 23, 2014 Report Share Posted November 23, 2014 Check to see if your cross overs are bi amiable. If they are, make sure you ran the wire to the correct input.
