Neil Duncan
I just bought a used scv 2000 it plays but it only playing when the gain is almost max my installer saying that it shouldn't even have to be half way to play right it sounds good but he's saying that it should be alot better how much does it cost to repair the amp
rockFord_Expedition
How did your installer set the gains? Gain setting is to allow it to match the input voltage, so the lower the signal voltage the higher the gain needs to be. Also make sure the LPF and Subsonic filters are set correctly. 1 Quote - Jacob Fuller - Owner, Sundown Audio - Sundown Audio on FACEBOOK - Please DO NOT PM ME -- use my email address -- [email protected]

Broke_Audio_Addict
Gain to max? That's your problem. How is the installer setting the gains? dolarbilz
You don't need new rca cable. You need 1st check setting on amp maybe like mentioned before

rockFord_Expedition
It depends on where your head unit distorts at. Quote Old School/New School RF Build March 2015 SOTM Winner How to crimp large wire
