How is it going guys..... Well me and a friend wanted to try something new with my new system. We decided to try a T-Line box for the two zv4 10s and i dont think it came out right. And I want to go back to a normal ported tuned to 27hz.

I am running 3 runs of zero from front batteries to back batteries. one xp2000 and a D3400 and 4 Large case batteries.

subs are powered by a DD M3B and a Singer 350 on the way.

Anyway the box does not sound right at all. a lot of port noise and not much output at all. Sundown recommended 27hz and should be fun. i like to bass race and demo so i thought it would work well but the Tline isnt cutting it. here is what we came up with. and the dimensions i want to keep for the next box so if anyone can help me or tell me how to make another use the dimensions of the current box. here are the specs let me know what you think.

Read entire post, still not sure what you want someone to tell you. What is it that you'd like to know?

I want to know why i am getting so much port noise and what i should do to make another one tuned to 27hz using the dimensions shown on the paper. not a tline though.

Well, what I would do is take your max dimensions, plug them in to a box calculator like torres or if you know someone that has access to term pro, that would be awesome.

If what was in the diagram was what you built, you did not have a t-line. That would probably explain the poor performance.
