PistonHonda Posted March 12, 2015 Report Share Posted March 12, 2015 So I've decided to give DC a try due to all the posotive feedback on the net regarding great customer service and reliability of the subwoofers. What I've encountered instead is confusion as to how to go about purchasing their product, specifically a single SA-12 Dual 4 Ohm woofer. I've checked on various of their authorized partner's web site eg: Wccaraudio, Droppinhzcaraudio & Sonic Electronix & found what ive been looking for. To put it simply both Hz & Sonic state they ship at a later date. So my question is, are woofers made to order or what is the cause of according to Hz a 21 or more day wait?? Any eta as to how soon an order would be fulfilled? I was also combing through the forums looking for a list of authorized brick & mortar stores in AZ to no avail.
