ramdaspadhye
What's up guys? I've been out of the audio game for a minute so some of you might have to bare with me here. 2005 Road King Reckless fairing (no cutouts for speakers) Soundstream PN4.520D amp My question really is this: I want my setup to be loud and clear (naturally). What would you guys recommend as far as speakers/tweeter setups? I was considering going with 2 Selenium 6w4p and a pair of their ST200 tweeters, with the tweeters on their seperate channel(s) so I can adjust the gains to what sounds best. Crossovers to be considered as well, whether it be a 2-way combo setup or individual High/Low pass if bridged. Also, the amp I've selected is 100x4 rms at 4 and the speakers and tweeters both are 8 ohm. Bridged power is 260x2 at 4. How would you guys set this up? ramdaspadhye
This is what it will look like. That's the same deck I'll be running too. Will have an equalizer inside the fairing for fine tuning.

Broke_Audio_Addict
Wet sounds makes some pretty nice looking comps for marine use which would be good since they are waterproof. I agree with the using Rockford boosted rail amps. The biketronics amps are supposed to be really nice too. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. ramdaspadhye
Keep in mind that I don't have Focal money lol, and I don't think they would do well in the weather. I ride all year. It's not if, it's when am I going to get wet, so I was liking the recommendation for WetSounds or possibly the MOMO's. Anything else sub 300 for component sets that might be good for my setup?
