When I changed the color of the dash cover the last time I used texture coating and I applied it incorrectly so the texture looked like the Rocky mountains. I'm also going to paint the glove box, steering column cover and the center console while I have it apart. I had to do some repairs to the glove box and i'm going to add some self tapping screws when I put it back in. I will snap a few pics of everything back in the vehicle. Looks much better IMO but now I need to do something about the seats and doors. DavidClark Posted December 4, 2016 Author Report Share Posted December 4, 2016 Not hard , remove the instrument bezel , pop out the passenger side AC vents , reach in both of the passenger side AC vents and press the grab bar release thingy's. There is approx 8 hex heads to take out along the front of the dash cover.
