The rear chamber is 25.4 cubic feet, 156sqin port area, tuned to 28.

Front chamber is 33 cubic feet, 780sqin port area, tuned to 48.

So expected bandwidth would be around 17-55 htz.

From what I've been told you want to tune a full octave apart if possible. So 28 and 54... just what ive been told.

Other than that I like the specs

Nice start. $500 for 10 sheets of mdf are you kidding me? I would have thought being in WA wood would be cheap. It's like $35/sheet here in KY.

I would recommend a router and spiral upcut bit with a circle jig. Much easier and faster than drilling a 1000 holes lol. You can pick up some entry level equipment pretty cheap and build a bit collection over time. You would be amazed all the cool stuff you can do with a router and the results you can get with little time or effort.

When you tune too far apart you get a valley inbetween your tunings in your response making your peaks more noticeable. My 6th is tuned to 28 and 43 and is within 1db from 33-46 and plays 18-50

I think ratio has a lot to do with that too. Larger the ratio the larger the peaks will be
