Jake Pichola
around how many amps would a stock car battery put out on a dead short, like if the power and ground wire shorted? (while the car is off) will it always blow a 250 amp fuse on a dead short like that or not?
Broke_Audio_Addict
There is no telling, the number could be really big and yes I'd expect a dead short to blow fuses everytime. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. SLYentist
on a good day, probably about 1750 amps Cables and wires almost never fail; the terminations do.
