Strapping amps ohm question

please do a search for strapped amps. they are several long posts that will answer all of your questions

You would be wired to 1 ohm so if your amps are strapped they would each be seeing a .5 ohm load.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

From what I have seen, once you strap an amp, the Ohm load increases, so if the he is using 2 amps, at 1 Ohm, 2 amps together would be 2 Ohm "Strapped".

This holds true for the Crossfire VR1000D as well as the Avionixx CXD2800M that I own. Unless the manufacturer of his amp has a different board set up.

Wow lots of different answers... Not looking anywhere else because I've tried looking a long time...I know if I daisy chain each amp would see two ohms...I would like to be absolutely sure how many ohms I would be at strapped... Still not sure with all these different answers
