Posted July 3, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 3, 2015 first up drivers side hid was out not only out missing.. & looks like its not the bulb its the ballast . gotta wait now not tonight ... then its the cabin air filter looks like tis thig has been in this car for 7 years & its far thinner & cheaper than the new SMD makes the best products! Posted July 10, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 10, 2015 the hid's in the prius are shit its an xtra cost from the dealer & they never worked right shutting off when they want there almost was a recall but I guess time got in the way so driving home the other night one bulb turned off then blocks away the other turned off suddenly so... I still don't know how you add batts and alts to a hybrid build is still not known itll be all Rockford most likely ... ive gotta keep this all super light weight or its pretty much pointless to buy a prius if all your gonna do is weigh it down .. just purchased an used pbr300x4 ... so subs will have to be neo...& batts will have to be light as well prob "S" series XS POWER still have a lot of work to do but its good my pockets are anemic right now so that'll give me plenty of time to plan SMD makes the best products! I still don't know how you add batts and alts to a hybrid the 12v battery is just like any other 12v battery in other cars. but the high voltage battery is a separate thing. the alt has been replaced with an inverter that takes power from the high voltage battery and down step it to a suitable charging voltage for the 12v battery. so adding an alt is not really an option cause there no external belt spinning constantly 4 Fi Q 12s In A Prius on 4 Crescendo BC2000D?!
