Hotdog Posted July 30, 2015 Report Share Posted July 30, 2015 Who has upgraded to windows 10 already? I upgraded a laptop and my triple boot PC. Running Linux Mint / Windows 7 / Windows 10 pro. I really like what they have done with windows 10 so far I will be able to tell more after I have used it. Right not trying out alternate media centers for windows 10 now. audiofanaticz Posted July 30, 2015 Report Share Posted July 30, 2015 yea mine said it would do it on its own too, and it never did, never was notified either. everytime I checked the icon it just said we will notify you when ready. so I checked windows updates, and under installed updates it looked like it tried to update but failed 4 times. so now Im doing it manually. Go into "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" and delete everything in that folder.2. Now, run the command prompt as an administrator. Type in "wuauclt.exe /updatenow".3.
