Need some box specs and possible design help, 2-10 ab xfl 1044 subs on a 120.1 ab amp , trying to get a box built for an 02 mustang gt , my friend is a carpenter , and i have built boxes , but this is seeming quite difficult with the room i am givien Also should i build the box to face out back seat or sub towards trunk? Joe X Posted August 26, 2015 Report Share Posted August 26, 2015 Here is a suggestion, need to verify the suggested dimensions will work, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 4 1/4", figure is just an assembly guide, bracing is 1" wooden dowel rods: NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside.
