Iirc 4 awg is to small just for your 4 channel let alone another amp

Sarcasm alert!!!

someone (wouldnt know who)forgot cheap amps rate max not rms

Sarcasm alert over

But still you will likely need a larger power wire

Example: 60 amps (the 2 30amps fuses on the 4channel) + 50 amps (rf prime 500 watt used for example) = 110 amps which is over the 100 amps rated for the 4ga. (Granted not much over but over)

If you were to upgrade your 4 channel you would likely be way over the limit of the 4ga

Example: (rf 600-4d) 100 amps + 50 amps (rf monoblock) = 150 amps which is well over the rating for the wire

Not trying to sound rude just doing this in a hurry (at work on break)

If you're wanting to go with a 4 gauge kit from Knu, get the OFC kit like this one:

http://www.knukonceptz.com/mobile-audio/amp-installation-kits/sp/complete-4-gauge-amplifier-installation-kit/

It's $20 more but will have the extra current carrying capability that you will need.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

Damn I wish I knew that before I bought the one I have.

You like rockford based on the majority of your equipment. Have you looked at the rockford prime 500.1 or a kicker dx500.1?

I just read the reviews and the ones I got were second best of the 2015 speakers. But I want a small amp that I can place under the seat that will punch good.

Damn this sucks to hear.

So overall I need a different 4 channel amp and a larger wire kit. Damn This is not what I wanted to hear. But I need to do better at my research I guess. Clownrock95 what amps should I look at getting? I want them to be small so I can hid them. Or should I go with a 5 channel?

If you want small and efficient and can fit these in your budget this is what I would get.

Sub amp

http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/details/t500x1br

Mid's and highs amp.

http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/details/t400x4ad

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

Not sure if your gona find a 5 channel with enough power to get the full potential out of your speakers my suggestion would be as follows

Get a better power wire wire (http://www.knukonceptz.com/mobile-audio/amp-installation-kits/sp/kolossus-fleks-4-gauge-amplifier-installation-kit/)

Buy the monoblock broke suggested but keep the 4ch for now

Install everything

When your bank account recovers get the 4 channel suggested by broke if you feel you need the extra sound

Iirc nvx has some small foot print amps might look at those if you don't like the fosgate ones
