What you're looking at is that actual measurements of the subwoofer you are asking questions about. It says the overall diameter is 317mm, divide that by 25.4 and it's just a bit under 12.5". If I'm reading your first post correctly, you're wanting to flush mount your sub ie. cut a larger hole in the front part of the baffle so that the sub sits flush with the baffle face. If that is your goal, cut a 12.5" hole and you'll have about 0.01" between it and the baffle.

The 11.02" hole is what you would cut if to set the sub into a baffle and have enough material around the edge of the speaker to still screw it down.
