New Mids and Highs for Reg Cab Silverado?

So, I'm breaking down and bout to shell out some cash for some new stuff. I have a 03 Regular Cab Silverado, cloth interior, 40/20/40 seats.(Don't know if any of that matter when it comes to sound quality, but I've found it's just best to give more information than needed.) I'm curious about by 9's in the door pods? Making a fiberglass enclosure for em? (see pic) Or abandon that idea and just leave some 6.3/4 behind the metal grate thing. My subs are 2 Comp S 12's on a SX650.1. (This to maybe give an idea of how many watts I'll need for the Mids and Highs I don't want them screaming) But I do know I want some A-Pillar pods, So what on that? 3.5's or 4's? 5.25's? and what size tweeter to go with? or just throw a tweeter of what size in the pillar and be done? I'm looking at $100-$150 for the 6.5's-6.75's (already got some Kenwood 6x9s I'd use) and around a $100 for the pillar speakers. But will spend more. I do have some kicker ds 4x6's in rear pillars and was thinking about leaving them on the deck or replacing them with some Polk plate speakers. Opinions on that? Any input it greatly appreciated!

2003 Chevy Silverado Reg Cab. Rockford Fosgate 500a2 and Kicker ZR240 each on their own 12" Kicker Comp S. Small, but everyone's gotta start somewhere.
