jnasty
Whats up guys, had a nice break from this.. gotta get back at it!! speaking of which, this SOTM is AWESOME to say the least!! i must finish and give sotm a shot! (fingers crossed) I installed the plexi, passive radiators & wrapped the inside of the box with black vinyl. Being the basshead that i am, we ran speaker wires to my friends car so i can get a sneak peak of how it sounds... HOLY S*IT, i wasnt expecting that much output. i want to say it was just as loud as my old setup(2 15s bpillar wall) but got much muchhhhh lower. safe to say im a happy camper. after a metric shit ton of searching the web, ive found that my jbl mids should be given WAY more power that anticipated. each mid will see around 250wrms each, went ahead and got the RF T1000-4ad for the mids and the T400-2 for the tweets. picked up a nothstar sms amg 220 & some nice machined terminals for the juice last but not least i had to get the director (lcd interface for my dsp).
