I'm not wanting to bash them because they've always treated me right on my other orders I am just wanting to try and get their attention so I can get this matter solved before the return date expires and more importantly get some tunes in the side by side. It has been a long process getting a headunit and speakers for this thing, first ones got thrown away while spring cleaning. (Family lives by the motto if you don't know what's in the box you don't need it.) and now I bought a second one that doesn't work this time around.
