More than likely the reason you blew the subs is from clipping the signal to hell and back. That will toast your speakers quicker than quick no matter what the brand or ratings on them are. Just saying "I was not clipping" "gain was all the way down" and stuff like that . . . Apparently you were clipping and I guarantee you didnt have your gain all the way down and your subs just couldnt take it. . .
