fecupe2001 Posted September 26, 2016 Report Share Posted September 26, 2016 Not much, just competed on street stock 500 class on db drag last weekend just for fun, this is a BURP BOX, please don´t start saying spl suck ass cause it doesn´t play lows and negative things like that, built the box from an old single 12" box i had laying on the floor of the storage Box: 13" HEIGHT x 21" WIDE x 13" DEPTH Port: Single full lenght 6" aeroport 2005 Toyota Yaris hatchback 100% stock on the body, no deadning or anything like that, stock alt , single Stinger SPV35 battery , single 4ga soundquest CCA run and a powerbas ACS1000.1 wired at 1 ohm Subs: Massive Hippo 84 P.S: Barely worked on the car like 30 minutes until i found the peak frequency, hu volume, seats positioning, etc etc, i know FOR SURE, i could burp over 146 on 500 watts and 2 8s with more time but you know me, i´m lazy as hell lol Can´t find my 500 watts score, but anyways, you get the idea Inverted the subs just for the looks , also gave it a nice custom paintjob lol I´m the SPL Gains topic creator!! wanna get louder?? check this: SPL Gains. I bet you pissed off a lot of people lmao yeah it definitely gets loud, i also ran a wire from my explorer to the yaris just for fun, once again, a full db can be gained by working some more on the car and box, i burped 146.3 on 1k, did 149.1 on 2600 watts, definitely not that efficient for over 1500 watts but still does ok I´m the SPL Gains topic creator!! wanna get louder?? check this: SPL Gains. Rusty Flowers (DC Audio) Did 149.9db on 500w at finals, Ive seen him do 150.4 pushing it right at 500w in his CRX, so those are goals hahahaha. I got a 2000 ex coupe. Already have a little 12 in it on a 1.2k. Did 140.1 at 34hx with a slot port. Im sure tuned higher and better spl setup will do much more.
