Loudness setting

i see you are having issues with output. I must say there are many factors we are not aware of.

Loudness is a thing of opinion and cant be quantified regularly.

Maybe your carriage is not forthcoming of efficiency.

Maybe your enclosure is lacking quality.

Very tough to diagnose from afar.

your eq is flat boost your lower settings on eq.

the problem with bass boost is that if it's set up right you will hit hard at 50hz and not too many other notes.

If it's set up wrong it's easy to clip and eventually destroy your subs.

take a look at the smd tool map, there might be someone close to you that's willing to help
