Mids/High wiring

Not looking for any specific way to wire my mids/highs to my amp(s) but rather looking for examples and/or an efficient way of wiring..

I have four Crescendo 8" 4-ohm speakers and two Crescendo FT1 tweeters.. How would I go about wiring these the best way? You can suggest an amplifier if you'd like but I'm not worried about that. Also, if this information is needed, my head unit is a Pioneer Deh-80prs.

Should I get a four-channel amp and use two channels for the 4 8's and one for the tweeters, or one four channel and one two channel ? etc.. Just not sure which would be best..

Another question: If one channel serves to two speakers whilst only one wire in each pos/neg then that splits the power from that channel, correct? aka if it's 150 watts per channel then one channel will give 150 but 75 to each speaker since they are two? And if there would be two wires in pos and two in negative that would not only split the power but as well drop the ohm load?

I appreciate the help, and if you need to know anything else just let me know!

Beings you have the 80prs, I would go with a pair of 2 channel amplifiers. One for the tweeters and one for the drivers.

Cross your tweets around 3000 htz, run the drivers full range down to 80 htz, then call it a day. Good luck.
