It costs over $400 for RF to fix it, but it will be fixed perfectly and like new when you get it back.

RF will charge you $454 flat reate to repair the amp, no matter what is wrong with it. sounds like you RCA input maybe bad. thats like a $65 fix if you send it to Scott at ARC. (amp repair center )

he fixed my fried RF t30001bd when i blow it, and it was cheaper then RF flat rate. you also get a 90 day warrenty and free return shipping. check them out.

yeah, the right side of the board is the power supply and the left is the output side. if the right side is messed up, im guessing most or all your mosfets are blown.

heres a pic of one of my t30001bd's

dont get me wrong, RF is the shit. but, when it comes to money, right now isnt a good time to spend $454 on a flat rate repair. ARC does and did my t30001bd. he explained to me that all the parts are universal and does the same tech work as if RF did it.

why waste $454 if its a $200 part/repair somewhere else. i wasnt sure either till i gave them a try. now im a customer for life. im now way any shape or form bashing RF, if i thought they were'nt worth it, i wouldnt have 2 t30001bd's.

its up to you..................................its your money.

Before you send that amp anywhere, disconnect the RCA's AND all speaker wires and then turn it on...if it goes into protection, its probably your amp...if it stays on its probably a bad speaker. if it stays on connect the RCA's back up and turn on again...do this till you narrow it down.

Those amp are made to shut down when they see something they don't like, I had this problem one time and it was a bad tinsel lead.\

You can also check that your hot wire and remote wires didn't somehow get pinched/cut and are touching metal. Check the Power wire where it comes through your firewall.
