First off I do all the work and when I am working i am not thinking about pictures. And for the most part this whole thing got wired up and installed over night So I could make a comp....and took 2nd place a thank you(beat by a tenth). love the battery idea, and those pillars are huge man!!! bet they sound great tho sound great! They are a tad bit large, looking. but in person they dont bother me one bit. reading>me anyway very impressive score on that much power dude congrats on the first place.. and the a pillar look good kind of big but they look really nice with the linex anymore updates? That score was on two RF Punch 800a2's wired to 2 ohms each. how'd that yellowtop like seeing 16 volts? Battery is about 5 years old...no problems at all! ha i love those chrome letters, i got mine from auto zone. they never have enough in stock to do big things though!!! Yeah, I had to hit up two locations to get what I needed. nice clean build. how are those kinetik batteries working for you? im looking to upgrade but not sure if i wann go with xspower or kinetik. Thanks bro. They are holding up fine for me. I now have 2 HC800s and 2 HC2400's nice idea for the bats, looks clean as hell. and if I was you, I'd just sand the ledge down on that mag and glue that bitch back together! my thought is that if I can fix a woofer with what I got laying around, I'll fix that shit up! plus, im thinking about getting a burban, what you get on miles? just out of curiousity Highway I am getting about 18..and thats with my new setup (pics to come). Around town i only get like 12-14. Put it this way around town I get about 400miles to the tank. On long trips I get over 600! If i remember right my tank is about 35 gallons. Now I have 5/8" all thread with stop nuts and fender washers inside pushing out and on the outside pushing in. Box being built Doethepaperboy "Bars of Pain" Doethepaperboy "Hero Remix" C. Farmacist Posted July 2, 2010 Report Share Posted July 2, 2010 anybody know how i can fix that dust cap, its been that way since i bought the speakers but i never used them till now. uploading more pics now BTW there's a couple ways, first try a vaccuum, put it over the dust cap and hopefully it will pull it out. the other way, and I've had to use this for smaller caps, is find a really thin and sharp sewing needle, then bend it 3/4 of the way down in sort of an L shape and then pierce the dustcap where it's dented and pull up. If you're lucky it works pretty well and doesn't really leave a visible mark.
