Guys, I can't believe how great RF takes care of their customers. I bought a set of P162s's ( RF Punch 6 1/2 component set) from sonic electronix about 5-6 months ago, and just had 1 of the 2 X-Overs break (2 coils inside are just jingling inside, as there solder broke) I tried to re-solder it, but that turned out to be a nightmare. I emailed sonic electronixs about this, and they said they will warrenty them, but I NEED TO SEND IN EVERYTHING! I didn't want to remove all my shit to send to them, so I emailed RF's tech support. I was helped by a guy named Jeremy, and his reply was, "We currently don't make that speaker set anymore as it has been discontinued, but I will look around my shop and see what I have for ya." After about 1 week goes by, I get an email saying, "Give me your address I found a PAIR to send to ya!" I was so happy. That was thursday, friday I get this package, and RF 1 day aired me my new X-OVers for absolutely nothing! Insane service RF, I will stay loyal to RF for many years to come. Now to only find a T40001bd for a good price!
**Steve** If you read this, A big "thank you" goes out to you too for hooking me up with that other X-Over, I appreciate ya man! Those POWER series X-Overs are huge!
