Yeah, It is a sexy sub :D It can do 160DB`s at its best.
And that`s right. Some parts of the sub are made by TC Sounds. Like the basket/chassi.
It costs 13 000 NOK (In Norway)
About.. 2000-2500$ ? or something like that. I`m not sure.

Sexy sub. I've always wnated to run one of those, but it'd cost like 4 times what I paid for my car to get one here. :)

Not true.

TC sounds is an OEM Manufacturer. That means they make speakers for other companies. The other companies buy the speakers from TC sounds and put thier name on it. Ground Zero has been using TC sounds to make their subs since 97.

Read the Ground Zero website, it says it right on the homepage.

I

n 1997
The search for a new factory lead MaGmA to a German emigrant, Thilo Stompler, who had formed an American company, TC Sound. MaGmA and TC Sound cooperated closely and created a new edition of the beloved Ground Zero woofers. Aluminum cones, tireless spiders and woven-in leads helped to create a level of stability which was - up until then - unheard for subwoofers. It is still unbeaten!

TC doesnt build for GZ anymore. I am well aware they did a long time ago aswell as other, but when GZ became a giant here in the EU it wasnt economical to build them in the USA and ship to there warehouse in Germany. There made in Europe, and have been for some time.

Judging by the current woofers looks like they are still partners in bed in some form or fashion.......just sayin
