I ended up with a bad design and a badly built box. 2000LaDe was awesome and design and sketched up a 4th order for me and after some research this is what i ended up building. Everything I'm posting now was done in the last 3 days or so. I just graduated and have some free time before the real world kicks in. 16 infinity 1262w's and a sundown 3500 5 sheets of 11 ply birch from menards space heater for the garage cuz Iowa is f*ck'n cold I added a bunch of wiring between my 2 rear d3100s. note: I've been in car audio for 4-5 months now and have been adding random wiring along the way. yes it is ugly as f*ck. yes I should clean it up. but it works for now be nice in there is 3/0 welding, kicker hyperflex, stinger hpm, the monster pro stuff that's so damn stiff you could probably use it for bracing a box and db link elite soft touch. first thing I did was bafflz externals ended up being 36.5 wide 33 tall 61 depth bracing is 1 1/4" dowels top went on primer hit 70k miles!!!! wohooo mounting the subs was an absolute pain in the ass. did it after lifting weights too T_T very back of the box is roughly 6 inches wide port size was supposed to be 19x19 but i noticed that the port would cut off the front sections of the box so i had to shrink it down. ended up being 31.5 x 7.5. winisd tells me that's 45 hz tuning. port velocity/vent mach/whatever it's called .04 removable so I can actually tweak with the box instead of having to build a new one if I eff it up. hiiiiiiii2002 4runner - buncha speakers n amps n shit (gone)1994 astro - more stuffzupdate: pretty sure all the pic links in the logs are broken lol. ma slop garb build log16 12's 4th order4runner rebuild in progressclickkk meeeee!!!! 4 18's 6th orderUBL - clickyhttp://www.youtube.com/yyj11589 lots of hater kids here. irpirate Posted January 11, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 11, 2011 so apparently there's a limit on how many images you can post so continuing.. subs were mounted before the box went in. loading it into the car should not be a one man job... that's all I have for now. it's late, cold and snowing right now. I listened to it for shortly but didn't want to drive anywhere through the snow. still have to add mids and highs and seal it off. two things I could use a bit of help on. suggestions on how to wall it off(never done it before). U need at least 1 brace between allege subs. The stronger you make the whole thing the better it will do as far as efficiency goes. Looks good though! Good luck! Looks good! One big concern I have is when I do seal it I don't want to mess up the car too bad.
