    So does it help to pull all of the old wiring for the door speakers out when installing a after market and amp and speakers, or is taping of the ends good enough?

      tape? pull old out and fully replace.....

      Leave the stock wiring in place, and any after market wire, pull it all out and replace it.

    Is there are there any hints on installing a door speaker amp or should i start pulling on wires until i have to completely rewire my car (well if i do the latter i'll learn more)
