am i under powering my subs if i have 2 4 ohm 800 w rms subs connecting to a 850 w rms amp?

when finding your gain with dmm for a monoblock amp do i need to incorporate both sub ohms or just one ? i have a 850 w rms renegde with 2 4 ohm dvc power akoustic subs
