I just know how Sundown is with the RMS rateings... wanna give it all she can take without getting Hot. Want her to last long too... was thinking 2000w Brutus amp but thought it might be too much... Opinions???

I was just told by dc that one is a m2 and one a m2.1... wtf sonic.... what all differences happened with the 2.1 over 2.0?

One has a textured surround and a bumpy under cone.. the other has a smoother surround and cone... Makes them look like different size cones as you can see in the photo.... one looks like it has more cone space...may just be because of the different surround... both suppose to be m2.. what gives? Not doing a brand war..or convo...but.. i got two sa12s on a CAB1600 in hand built box.... i got another cab1600.1 and 2 15in level 4 from dc laying in my closet, never been used... But...I'd have to get a new alternator or hella batteries... right now I'm stock alt with a 30ah xs power.. So before I spend money on all the new power upgrades and building new box to fit in my tiny 2011 hyundai accent hatchback. How much louder you think it'd be? Like twice? Or just alot lower and deeper? It'd be 3200w vs 1600w right now plus extra cone space.... Does dc 15s sounds as good as the 12" sa's quality wise? I kbow there is little fact and alot that go go on so general opinions is what I'm looking for.... both are ported btw... port face ing back subs up...

Im a little confused... I have been pushing 600w to my sa 12s rated at 750w... i have been told if i push 1000 to them they are way louder as long as you know what your doing....heard several people doing this... But... Then there is this whole double power only increases 3db andbit takes 10db to hear double volume... so..whats the point? Why go from 1200w to 2000w if it aint even gonna make a difference... os this theory actually true??

If I google say, DC audio 2.0K, half the amps photoed don't have the silver bars on top, and some do.. Is it something people take off or just different models? EXAMPLE OF SILVER BARS:

Im hesitant to put down 600bucks on a dc 2.0k when similar amps like cab1600.1 and hifonics brutus are under $250... Is the extra cost just how well made and how long they will last? Dont plan to be banging sundowns till my 80th birthday.

Got a fosgate p1000 pushing out 1350 and want to get two subdown sa.. Will i have enough to get decently loud or is that too underpowered?

All i can find online is the 600w rev2 version.. For the sAme money i want the 750w rev 3 versions. There is no local shop near me... Are sundowns this difficult to purchase? Am i gonna have to go with dc or psi instead?
