i brace the width twice and the heigth twice and then the port when i do an enclosure over 3-4 cubes just to be on the safe side of things. but in the end its your choice and you can always use 1" mdf and double every enclosure cut too.

why are you set on running .5 ohms?

looks like pressed pulp wood, chipped like crazy when i used it. my old bed was made out of this stuff then i hacked to make a home enclosure, needless to say it cant take .any real power and hold up up for long. on the other hand it does produce loud resonance.

dual 2 ohms then wired to a final load of 2 ohms (amp bridged) or run one sub per channel since its dual mono amp.

can i have some 12's built?
