new build help. e15s
lgnmgr replied to Dustin Sageman's topic in Sundown Audio - GREAT Amps/Subs! GREAT Customer Service!
in that truck if the enclosure is behind the seats you will have to face the subs forward, unless you are really short. i have an s10 ext cab and im 6'1" and i only have about 14-15" of depth behind my seat at a height of around 20" so you'll have to do alot of measuring to figure just how much room you really have with your seats in a comfortable position. higher pre out voltage is better but from what i understand it isn't really that big of a difference from 2-4 volts(please correct me if im wrong). if you can, definitely do a build log and post up pictures i would love to see how it turns out. -

hey Jacob, just curious when these amps will be released? from everything I've seen march is when they were supposed to be released and if so when will the pre order start?

i've decided to build a small sealed enclosure for my 6.5" door speakers out of half inch spacer rings. and i was calculating the amount of cubic feet i had in the enclosure i was going to make and it was .04 cubic feet. i felt like that sounded really small but could i get away with that little? and possibly adding some poly fill?

yep saw it last night... it was amazing, but i love all the action/superhero movies... definitely worth seeing in theater's though -
ya i dont exactly know the situation they had it in, but i find it hard to believe it has bad or really anything less then good sq.

so i was recently told that the sundown sax 125.2 did not have very good sound quality specifically in the mid/high range. just thought i'd ask on here, because i've been thinking of getting one for front components but i've obviously never heard it. i highly doubt it has "bad" sound quality and if i had to guess i would assume it would actually be pretty good. thanks

X2 if you only have 1500w why not get something that thats cheaper but still sounds good off of that power... kind of pointless really
